Start with some leash-free fun with your four-legged pal, then set off on a relaxed 2.8 km loop through the green spaces of Ormiston and Wellington Point. Parking is available on the roadside or at the softball fields near the Sturgeon Street off-leash area. This dog park is fully fenced, with separate spaces for smaller and larger companions with water, shade and seating which will be handy before or after your walk. From here, follow the paths through Fellmonger Park beside Hilliards Creek, passing open parkland and continuing towards leafy Apex Park before looping back through the creek corridor. Allow around 30–35 minutes of walking or make an outing of it with extra park time. Keep your four-legged pal on-leash once outside the designated off-leash area.
